SCHOOL VISION: Increasing the number of students taking AP courses and decreasing failure rates; especially for freshmen.
GOAL: To affirm that the needs of the sub-populations of S.F. Austin H.S. (spec. ed, 504, at risk, low socioeconomic, LEP/ESL, and all ethnicities within this target population) are being met as the overall student population becomes increasingly diverse both ethnically and socioeconomically and to assess how effective technology has been in this process?

This school year will be compared to the previous school year. As schools become diverse, it is imperative that all educators make an effort to meet these student's needs. This is an important issue that should be addressed at every school and will be looking forward to seeing the results of your inquiry. I am hoping that your action research study will promote awareness on how to address diverse learner's needs while maximizing their learning experiences.
