Reflection in Action Research Week 2

This week has really shown me how beneficial, if not mandatory, action research is to tackling problems at one's campus in a systemic and collaborative manner. It really does feel like you are controlling the growth and development of the students and faculty and not feeling so overwhelmed as you manage the day to day activities of the campus.
